✨ Opening Circle + Cacao Ceremony

Sip ceremonial cacao to soften and open the heart. Drop into the body through guided meditation, anchoring you into the present moment.

Intention Candle Creation Ritual

Craft your own manifestation candle using melted wax, fragrance, and your written intentions—infusing your desires into form. This personalized candle will serve as a sacred tool to burn with purpose at home.

Somatic Movement Journey

Awaken your senses through a guided movement experience rooted in breath, rhythm, and intuitive flow. Inspired by ecstatic dance and embodied ritual, this session will support emotional release and energetic renewal.

Yoga Flow + Meditation + Sound Bath

Ease into a heart-centered yoga practice, gently preparing the body to receive the healing frequencies of a deeply restorative sound bath and guided meditation to close the journey.
