Under the grounding energy of the Taurus New Moon, let’s come together to slow down, soften, and reconnect to the body. Taurus, an earth sign ruled by Venus, invites us to embrace beauty, pleasure, and presence through the senses. This day retreat is an opportunity to shed what weighs you down, plant seeds of self-love, and honor the feminine energy within — a necessary balance to the often overactive masculine energy we carry in our daily lives.

We’ll begin with a grounding Hatha yoga flow to connect with the Earth element, moving through intentional, steady postures to root into the body. Afterward, we’ll share a heart-opening cacao ceremony, using this sacred plant medicine to awaken the heart, quiet the mind, and deepen our connection to ourselves, Mother Earth, and each other. Cacao has been used for centuries in sacred rituals to open pathways of emotional release and amplify feelings of love and gratitude — the perfect complement to the Taurus New Moon’s nurturing energy.

Following the cacao ceremony, we’ll move into a heart-centered somatic exercise, participants will pair up to cultivate connection and presence.

The rose is known to carry the highest frequency of any flower. This powerful frequency is believed to promote emotional healing, elevate consciousness, and align with the energy of unconditional love.

After exploring sensation, we’ll transition into the rose petal gratitude ceremony. Working with the rose’s high vibration helps us connect more deeply to the heart space, amplifying the love we cultivate during the ceremony.

We’ll break halfway through the day for snacks, fruit, vegetables, nuts, and herbal tea before closing the retreat with a guided meditation and crystal bowl sound bath, focused on the root and heart chakras. The sound vibrations will help integrate the day’s experiences, bringing balance and a sense of inner peace.

Doors Open a half hour before any class, event or offering. Doors LOCK and curtains closed 5 minutes after start time(this allows for the safety, security, and privacy of the participants as well as the integrity of the session). No Late Entries Allowed no exceptions.
