The studio is a sacred space for healing, transformation, and connection. To maintain this environment, please follow these guidelines:
1. Punctuality Is Respect
• Studio doors lock five minutes after class starts for the safety and respect of all attendees.
• Doors open 30 minutes prior to class. Please arrive 15-20 minutes early to settle in and prepare for the experience.
• Late arrivals will not be admitted to avoid disruption and will result in a NO-SHOW
2. No Shoes in the Studio
• Shoes, boots, and umbrellas must be left at the designated shelf upon entry.
• Personal items can be stored in the cubbies provided inside the studio.
3. No Electronic Devices at Your Mat
• Cell phones are not allowed on your mat. Please turn off or silence all phones and store them in the designated cubbies provided.
• Watches, while not advised, may be worn as long as all sounds and notifications are turned off.
• This is your chance to disconnect fully—I encourage leaving all devices behind for a truly immersive experience.
4. Come As You Are
• All supplies are provided: yoga mats, bolsters, pillows, blankets, and blocks.
• If you bring your own yoga mat, please place it on top of a pre-positioned mat to preserve the setup and maximize space.
5. Headphone Classes
• For headphone-equipped classes, select your set and take it to your space.
• Headphones are preset; do not adjust any buttons except for the volume toggle.
6. Bring Your Own Water Bottle!!!!!
• To reduce waste, bring your own reusable water bottle.
• A water cooler is available for hot and cold refills, but cups will not be provided.
7. Bathroom Use
• A bathroom is located inside the studio, and two additional bathrooms are in the professional office corridor outside.
• During class, please use the outside bathrooms to minimize noise within the studio.
• Keep noise to a minimum when leaving the studio, as neighboring offices are occupied by professionals. Slippers are available for added comfort.
8. Respect the Space and Neighbors
• Maintain low noise levels throughout the building, including before and after class. Conversations should be kept at an appropriate volume.
• Be mindful of the shared environment with our neighboring tenants.
9. Cultivate Inner Connection
• Classes are designed to facilitate inner exploration and mindfulness. Once class begins, refrain from speaking unless prompted by the instructor.
• This is your time to disconnect from external distractions and connect with yourself.
Additional Tips for a Harmonious Experience
• Fragrance-Free Zone: Avoid wearing strong perfumes or scents to accommodate those with sensitivities.
• Cleanliness: Wipe down any borrowed equipment (like mats) after use, using the provided cleaning supplies.
By following these guidelines, we can ensure that 3SixtyVibes remains a peaceful and respectful space for everyone. Thank you for honoring the community and the sacredness of this space.
