FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What airport should I fly into?
The closest airport is Asheville Regional Airport (AVL), located approximately 25-30 minutes from the retreat property.
Is airport transportation included?
Yes. Transportation to and from Asheville Regional Airport (AVL) is included, along with transportation for all scheduled retreat activities and excursions throughout the retreat.
Is parking available?
Yes. Each accommodation includes a designated parking space for participants who choose to drive.
Do I need prior yoga experience?
Not at all. All yoga, meditation, and wellness activities are designed to be accessible and adaptable for a variety of experience levels.
Is the retreat clothing-optional?
Yes. This retreat has been designed specifically for men who enjoy the body-positive, clothing-optional atmosphere that has become a hallmark of many 3SixtyVibes events.
Most yoga classes, meditation sessions, sound healing experiences, and designated retreat activities will take place in private areas of the property where participants may choose to be nude.
Because the retreat center is not a fully clothing-optional facility and neighboring properties are nearby, participants will be asked to wear shorts, a sarong, or other covering when moving between certain areas of the property.
Each participant will receive a sarong as part of their retreat welcome gift.
As always, participation in any clothing-optional activity is entirely voluntary, and all participants are encouraged to honor their own comfort level and boundaries.
Can I attend alone?
Absolutely. Many participants attend retreats on their own. This retreat is intentionally designed to foster connection, community, and meaningful relationships in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Can I share a room with a friend or partner?
Yes. Shared accommodations may be reserved with a friend or partner. Participants selecting shared accommodations may also request to be paired with another participant.
Will I have my own bed?
Most participants will have their own bed. The Shared Large Suite includes two separate beds.
The Shared Kitchen Suite and Shared Cottage each include one bed and one sleeper sofa. Friends or couples attending together are welcome to share the bed if they prefer.
Are bathrooms shared?
Each accommodation includes access to a bathroom and shower.
The Large Suite includes one bathroom shared only between the two guests staying in that suite.
All other accommodations include their own private bathroom.
How physically demanding are the hikes?
The hikes selected for this retreat are considered easy to moderate and were chosen primarily for their scenic beauty. Catawba Falls was selected for its stunning natural beauty, while Ferguson Peak and Strawberry Gap were chosen because they are located just a five-minute walk from the property.
Anyone comfortable participating in a typical 3SixtyVibes yoga class should have no trouble enjoying these excursions.
There will be opportunities to rest, hydrate, take photos, and enjoy the scenery along the way.
What is included for breakfast?
A light continental-style breakfast will be available each morning and may include items such as bagels, muffins, pastries, fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee, tea, and milk.
Please note that breakfast is not intended to be a full hot breakfast service. Additional snacks and refreshments will also be available throughout the retreat, and the retreat hosts may supplement breakfast offerings as needed.
What meals are included?
Included meals currently include:
• Welcome Dinner • Daily Continental Breakfast • Ferguson Peak Picnic Lunch • Community Cooking Dinner • Catered Group Dinner • TerraMonga Deli Lunch • Asheville Group Dinner
Additional snacks and refreshments will also be available throughout the retreat.
What is not included?
• Airfare • One lunch during free time in Asheville • Personal shopping and souvenirs • Optional purchases made during excursions
Can dietary restrictions be accommodated?
Yes. Please notify us of any dietary restrictions, allergies, or food sensitivities during registration so we can do our best to accommodate your needs.
Will there be free time?
Absolutely. While the retreat includes a variety of scheduled activities, there will also be time to relax, explore the property, journal, connect with others, or simply enjoy the mountains.
What should I bring?
A detailed packing list will be provided prior to the retreat. Comfortable clothing, hiking shoes, a reusable water bottle, and an open mind are highly encouraged.
How many participants will attend?
Participation is intentionally limited to 10 guests to create an intimate, connected, and meaningful retreat experience.
What if I have additional questions?
Please don’t hesitate to reach out. Anthony is happy to answer questions about accommodations, travel, payment plans, room assignments, or any other aspect of the retreat experience.
