Each session will provide you with tools, exercises, and practices to help you connect with and awaken your own inner healer. I facilitate a nurturing and supportive space, offering guidance rather than claiming to heal you directly.
3. What does the six-week program schedule look like?
The program consists of six group sessions, held every Saturday, at a predetermined time. These group sessions will not change. In addition, you will have six individual sessions, held once per week, which will be scheduled prior to the start of the program. While group session times are set, individual sessions can be adjusted if rescheduled with enough notice and depending on availability. All scheduling details, along with rescheduling policies, will be outlined in the intake and waiver form.
4. Do I need to bring any equipment?
No, everything you need is provided, including yoga mats, blocks, bolsters, blankets, and more. Just bring yourself, an open mind, and a willingness to explore.

Group sessions are kept small to ensure a more personalized experience, typically ranging from 5 to 10 participants. Additionally, you will remain in the same group throughout the six-week duration to foster a sense of community, security, and connection as you progress through the program together.

Absolutely. The program is flexible and can be tailored to accommodate individual needs. However, if you have a pacemaker or major joint replacements involving metal, such as hips, shoulders, or knees, I do require written approval from your doctor before participating in sound baths. Emotional releases, including crying, are completely natural and welcome during the sessions. This is a healthy part of the healing process, and you will be in a safe, supportive space to experience whatever comes up.
